Much has been written about Lagoon Seventy7 already and regardless of various views, she is a stunner, a superyacht amongst high end luxury catamarans. Created by VPLP naval architects and built by CNB shipyard, this is a multihull with big footprint but elegant styling, sleek exterior and very spacious interior. Her pedigree design provides exceptional sailing performance as well and this allows her to enter the most challenging seas and provide ultimate luxury yacht charter experience in exclusive areas such as Tuamotu’s.
At times called The Grand Lagoon seventy7, S/Y JOY is a completely new concept and now available in this exclusive and hard to access but so easy to enjoy part of the world. Her amazing flybridge is only topped by a balcony off the master suite or the diving platform called private beach which lowers hydraulically to create a swim platform suitable for lifting tender or to allow easy access to the water. With both large flybridge, which features a nav station, sunpads, seating and provides mesmerising panoramic views, and the forward cockpit directly accessible from the deck, S/Y JOY has numerous relaxation zones. One of the best is master suite which apart from beautiful accommodation, also boasts with large en-suite, separate desk space, walk-in closet and generous living area. The suite also has a direct access to the cockpit and foredeck which makes the yacht even more exclusive.
Where else can you eat specialities such as spiced duck breast on a date puree, roasted butternut squash, braised baby turnips and a duck jus or sweet and spicy Mahi Mahi on coconut rice and herbed lentils served with aubergine caviar and balsamic pearls while enjoying 6-star luxury service by carefully chosen superyacht crew and cruising amongst the largest chain of atolls in the world ? With a total of 80 islands and atolls, the Tuamotu’s are the ultimate cruising ground almost the size of the whole of Mediterranean. With less than 20,000 inhabitants, you are guaranteed social distancing at its maximum, as Tuamotus means Distant Islands, while enjoying highest levels of safety, exclusivity and luxury.
JOY can accommodate up to 8 guests in 1x master suite, 2x VIP doubles and 1 x smaller Pullman beds cabin. All are en suite and British and South African superyacht crew of 4 ensures exclusivity and excellent guest to crew ratio. Captain CJ is in particular very experienced and has numerous experiences such as transatlantic crossings on superyachts, swimming with tiger sharks in Bahamas or simply finding the most remarkable sightings of manta rays or overhead barrels on smallest islands never seen by anyone else.
